Orange & Lavender
Originally I wanted to have a really citrusy, zesty soap but soon discovered that citrus essential oils are volatile, meaning they evaporate pretty quickly.
After much experimenting, I managed to achieve that orangey kick by using kaolin clay and a special combination of essential oils to help anchor the fragrance.
Kaolin clay is a fine textured, highly absorbent mineral compound which is perfect for deep cleansing and exfoliating. Not only does it have gentle skin polishing benefits and absorbs both oil and water; it helps to ‘fix’ scents and minimises the look of pores. Managing to soak up the excess shine without stripping it completely.
Sweet Orange essential oil is used for its ability to boost mood, reduce anxiety and stress. It is also antibacterial and anti microbial helping to improve the skins complexion and circulation - smells amazing too!
Lavender essential oil, as we know has been used since ancient times, across all cultures for its sweet floral scent which is woody, powdery, herbal and evergreen all in one! It has numerous benefits for the skin, smoothing tone, reducing acne, reducing wrinkles and aiding with relaxation.
Patchouli essential oil is hailed for skin cell regeneration and has various anti-aging properties. The warming, earthy aroma of this oil combines magically with the lavender and sweet Orange to create a really beautifully fragranced soap.

Sodium Olivate (Olive), Sodium Cocoate (Coconut), Aqua, Sodium Sheabutterate (Shea), Sodium Castorate (Castor), Glycerin, Citrus Sinensis Peel oil (Sweet Orange), Lavandula Angustifolia oil (Lavender), Kaolin, Pogostemon Cablin Leaf oil (Patchouli), Lavandula Angustifolia Flower, Calendula Officinalis Flower, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis Peel

Warning:
All though all efforts have been made to avoid this product having any allergens beyond what is noted on the ingredients, it is handmade and could hold traces of other materials. Use with caution and apply in a small area first if you are concerned and consult a doctor should you have any adverse reactions.
Avoid contact with eyes and if irritation occurs, discontinue use and do not use on
broken or irritated skin.
