All soaps are handcrafted in small batches using the traditional cold process method and cured for a full six weeks. This slow cure produces a hard, long-lasting bar while preserving the natural qualities of the shea butter and plant oils, which are rich in essential fatty acids and antioxidants.

Each bar is enriched with natural ingredients and carefully balanced essential oil blends. The finished soap produces a creamy lather that cleanses effectively without stripping the skin.

For sensitive or easily irritated skin, properly cured natural soap can offer a gentler alternative to commercial bars made with synthetic detergents. The formulations are simple, considered and free from unnecessary additives. More importantly you will be putting nothing but 100% natural goodness onto your skin and back into the environment.

The Citrus Blend

Creating a lasting citrus soap presents challenges, as citrus essential oils are volatile and fade quickly. To maintain a bright orange note, kaolin clay is used alongside a balanced blend of essential oils to help anchor the fragrance naturally.

Kaolin clay is a fine, gentle mineral that absorbs excess oil without over-drying. It lightly refines and smooths the skin while helping to hold scent within the bar.

Sweet Orange essential oil provides a fresh citrus note. Lavender adds balance and softness. Patchouli contributes warmth and depth, grounding the blend and extending its longevity.

The Base Oils

Coconut Oil
Contributes cleansing properties and creates a rich lather. Naturally high in fatty acids that support softness.

Olive Oil
Conditions and supports the skin’s natural moisture balance. A traditional soapmaking oil valued for its mildness.

Castor Oil
Enhances lather with a creamy texture and acts as a humectant, helping the skin retain moisture.

Shea Butter
Rich in fatty acids and naturally occurring vitamin E. Nourishes the skin and supports the barrier without feeling heavy.

Glycerine
Naturally produced during saponification and retained in the bar. Glycerine attracts moisture to the skin and contributes to a hydrated feel. Many commercial soaps remove glycerine during processing; it remains in these formulations.
