All soaps are handcrafted in small batches using the traditional cold process method and cured for a full six weeks. This slow cure produces a hard, long-lasting bar while preserving the natural qualities of the shea butter and plant oils, which are rich in essential fatty acids and antioxidants.
Each bar is enriched with natural ingredients and carefully balanced essential oil blends. The finished soap produces a creamy lather that cleanses effectively without stripping the skin.
For sensitive or easily irritated skin, properly cured natural soap can offer a gentler alternative to commercial bars made with synthetic detergents. The formulations are simple, considered and free from unnecessary additives. More importantly you will be putting nothing but 100% natural goodness onto your skin and back into the environment.
Honey & Oatmeal was a natural starting point. Made in small batches using finely milled oatmeal and our own raw honey, this bar is gently scented with an essential oil blend of Lemongrass, May Chang and Cedarwood.
Oatmeal is widely used in traditional skincare for its soothing qualities. It helps calm dry or irritated skin, supports the skin barrier and provides light, natural exfoliation to remove dead skin cells without abrasion.
Raw honey acts as a natural humectant, helping the skin retain moisture. Rich in antioxidants, it supports a conditioned, comfortable feel while contributing to a soft, creamy lather. Its naturally occurring antibacterial properties make it well suited to everyday cleansing.
Lemongrass and May Chang bring a fresh, citrus clarity to the blend. Both are traditionally valued for their mildly astringent qualities, helping to refresh and balance the skin. Cedarwood adds warmth and depth, grounding the brighter notes and lending a subtle, steady finish.
Coconut Oil
Contributes cleansing properties and creates a rich lather. Naturally high in fatty acids that support softness.
Olive Oil
Conditions and supports the skin’s natural moisture balance. A traditional soapmaking oil valued for its mildness.
Castor Oil
Enhances lather with a creamy texture and acts as a humectant, helping the skin retain moisture.
Shea Butter
Rich in fatty acids and naturally occurring vitamin E. Nourishes the skin and supports the barrier without feeling heavy.
Glycerine
Naturally produced during saponification and retained in the bar. Glycerine attracts moisture to the skin and contributes to a hydrated feel. Many commercial soaps remove glycerine during processing; it remains in these formulations.
